Introducing a new look for The Oakland Casting Club’s website!
After months of hard work, we are delighted to officially announce the launch of our redesigned website!
Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors with an easier way to learn about our organization and the various offerings to the community such as casting lessons, tournaments, fishing trips, and the amazing community that we've built over the years.
Amongst the new features, the site contains a new blog area that will be updated with news, articles, casting tips, and more. There are also social media buttons to facilitate information sharing on other channels. Our events page has been improved so that it's easier for us to keep this up-to-date and for you to find the detailed event information that you're looking for. And best of all, we beefed up our security to ensure that our member's data is protected.
We hope you find the new website fresh and modern; we worked hard to make sure it contains valuable information for our casting and angling community.

A thank you to one of our members, Amanda Luu, who donated her time to build our new site. She is a freelance web developer available for new projects. You can find her at Amanda Luu Designs.
