With the help of many members, you bet we did! Thank you to everyone who came out and thank you also to those who wanted to come, but couldn't help us. We could not have done it without you.
Here are some pictures of the process.
First, we created a whirlpool by walking in a big circle (top right and top left). This process suspends the organic material collecting on the bottom and causes it to be drawn towards the center of the pool where it drains out. As the water receded along the bottom of the pool, we swept any remaining debris back into the water (bottom left) until the water completely drained from the pools (bottom right).
Over the next few days, we will be removing some of the grid lines and replacing them with new target dots.
Once again, thank you to all who helped so that many others can benefit from a great facility!
